Who are we?
We are Shamita, Neha, Ankur and Ajinkya. Though we’re busy trying to make fascinating CV’s instead of our own travel journals, we do love to venture out and rediscover ourselves, live in the moment, click pictures of sunsets and embarrassing travel selfies, ignore diet plans for the best food in town, fill in our travel diaries as much as we can and forget our gym membership more often than not. But honestly, who doesn’t, right? Unless you’re one of those, “ugh, another travel blog” kind of person, you’re going to have fun reading what we have in store for you! Our writing focuses on destinations we’ve individually been to and we hope our tales impel YOU to visit some of these absolutely breathtaking places because after all, life is a daring adventure or nothing at all, isn’t it?
At Cobblestone Chronicles™, we aim to create a community of travellers and readers. We take immense pride in positioning ourself as a reading platform focussing on different aspects of travelling.
Neha is a creative professional in the field of architecture and has also developed social media and content creation as one of her latent skills. She enjoys sharing art, architectural and cultural experiences, perspectives and explorations through her writing. Find her at @neha2896 on Instagram.
Shamita took her first safari to Tadoba, when she fell in love with the experience of travelling to the jungles of Central India. Ever since then, she’s been going for safaris, meeting new wildlife enthusiasts each time and clicking some well, decent pictures of the wild. A former software programmer turned business student, what does remain constant however is Ajinkya’s urge to travel – having visited 4 continents, now making the most of his Master’s programme and work in Europe to explore new places, famous and obscure alike. A professional engineer and researcher working around autonomous vehicles and driverless cars, Ankur is into travelling as much as technology. Having travelled to more than fifteen countries and a multitude of places across India – North, South, East and Central alike, there are a number of travel stories for him to share!
